How to request a refund
Email support@smallpause.app from the purchase email and include the Lemon Squeezy order number. You can also use the support link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
What is covered
We normally refund a first Pro purchase requested within 14 days, including accidental duplicate purchases. Refunds outside this period may be considered where the app is materially defective and we cannot provide a reasonable fix.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies. Refunding a purchase deactivates its Pro licence.
